Subscriptions and purchases

Attic Scout Pro and the Estate Pass are purchased through your App Store account, so Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds.

  • Cancel or manage a subscription: open your App Store subscriptions (or Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your iPhone).
  • Request a refund: Apple decides App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Bought it on another device? Use Restore Purchases in the app under Account.

Whatever happens with billing, anything you have already valued stays visible to you. Cancelling or letting a pass expire never locks the valuations you already received.

Your account and data

  • Delete your account in the app: Account, then Delete account. This removes your data from our systems.
  • Or by email: write to privacy@atticscout.com from the address on file and we will delete or export your data within 30 days.

About the valuations

Every number Attic Scout gives you is an estimated range, not a formal appraisal. We would rather tell you we are not sure than make a number up. If a valuation looks wrong, email us with the item and we will look at it - that feedback makes the tool better for everyone. For high-value items, or anywhere the number really matters, get an in-person appraisal from a qualified specialist. Our directory of local estate sale companies is a good place to start.
